Have lived at this property for two years now, any issues that we have had have been handled and spoke with Pam the manager who had everything done quickly which is appreciated with my schedule and when you have kids. Awesome customer service

Pam is so nice and helpful! She is a big reason why we knew this apartment would be the right one for us! She made the whole process so easy! She is so welcoming and made us feel like this is where we are supposed to be! The apartment is beautiful and has so many great amenities! I’m so thankful I chose this apartment to live at!pam and Paris you Rock !!🙏🏽🔥

First, I would like to say that my experience living here at Avia266 has been a positive one. Secondly, I greatly appreciate how prompt response to any request or issue I may have. And finally, I also like their attention to keeping the lawn manicured and the premises clean. Management is a five star team!!!😃👏🏽 Always courteous and responsive.pam thank you for making me feel happy to call Avia my home .

Lived here for 3 years now and there are pros and cons but the pros out weigh the cons for sure! Front office staff is always so nice and helpful. Maintenance men are so fast and fix just about everything they can! Great place for the price!

Office employees very nice. Pam is great. Could respond on a few things a little faster but they do their best. Been here a year, just renewed lease... they always give you notice on any maintenance. Pretty happy overall.. Good neighbors.
